ALT.com Affiliate Programs

Eligibility. Any affiliate (“affiliate” “you,” or “your”) automatically becomes a qualified affiliate (“Qualified Affiliate”) and is eligible to receive a share of the 2010 FFN Affiliate Gathering: The Jets and Pets Bonus Award (the “Bonus Award”) by:

a.	Participating in the affiliate program on or prior to January 1, 2010 and sending at least one Sign-Up or New Order to at least one of the Eligible Sites.

Terms and Definitions.
1. “Eligible Site” means adultfriendfinder.com, cams.com, alt.com or getiton.com
2. “New Order” means the first order by a end-user of any Eligible Sites. The same end-user may have separate New Orders on each Eligible Site.
3. “Daily Average New Order Baseline” means the revenue from all New Orders per Eligible Site for January 2010 and February 2010 divided by 59.
4. “Daily Average New Orders” means the revenue from New Orders per Eligible Site as measured during a specific period divided by the number of days during that period. For illustration, Daily Average New Orders during May are the revenue from New Orders divided by 31.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Various or Streamray Affiliate Network Agreement.
Weekly and Monthly Bonus Awards. The Qualified Affiliates with the largest increases in New Orders will receive Bonus Awards in the form of travel packages as described on the announcement page [link] as follows:
1. Weekly Bonus Award. Increase in Daily Average New Orders per Eligible Site during the following weeks compared to the Daily Average New Order Baseline for the corresponding Eligible Site: April 4th - 10th (Week One), April 11th - 17th (Week Two), April 18h - 24th (Week Three), and April 25th - May 1st (Week Four). There are sixteen Weekly Bonus Awards in total.
2. Monthly Bonus Award. Increase in Daily Average New Orders per Eligible Site in May compared to the Daily Average New Order Baseline for the corresponding Eligible Site. There are four Monthly Bonus Awards in total.
We will notify you on the Bonus Details page of your current standings compared to other Qualified Affiliates.
One Weekly and Monthly Bonus Award per Qualified Affiliate. Qualified Affiliates may only receive one Weekly Bonus Award and one Monthly Bonus Award. Once a Qualified Affiliate receives a Weekly Bonus Award, he or she may not receive a subsequent Weekly Bonus Award. If the same Qualified Affiliate would be entitled to more than one Weekly or Monthly Bonus Award on more than one Eligible Site during the same week or month, then the Qualified Affiliate shall only receive the Bonus Award for the Eligible Site with the higher(-est) increase. (In that case, the Qualified Affiliate with the second highest increase for the other Eligible Site would receive the Bonus Award.).
Multiple Bonus Awards; Certain Affiliates are not eligible to receive the Travel Package. If a Qualified Affiliate is eligible for multiple Bonus Awards, he or she will receive only one travel package, and the remainder of the Bonus Award shall be the cash equivalent. (The Qualified Affiliate may elect which travel package, weekly or monthly, to receive, if necessary.) In lieu of the travel package, at its sole discretion, Various or Streamray may award the cash equivalent only (and restrict the travel package) to certain Qualified Affiliates.
Cash equivalent. The cash equivalent for the Weekly Bonus Award is $3,000 and for the Monthly Bonus Award is $10,000. In lieu of the travel package award, the Qualified Affiliate may elect to receive the cash equivalent only.
Substitution of Certain Items of Travel Package. Each Bonus Award consists of the certain travel package as is described on the Bonus Details page. Various or Streamray reserves the right to substitute all or some of the elements of a travel package with similar items.
Date of Bonus Award. The announcement of the Bonus Awards will take place within 15 days of the end of the Bonus Award period.
Employees Not Eligible. Employees, and their immediate family members, agents and vendors (other than advertising affiliates) of Various, Inc., including, its subsidiaries, its parent company, Friendfinder Networks Inc., and its affiliated entities (collectively, "Various") are not eligible to participate.
Compliance with Affiliate Network Agreement. To receive the Bonus Award, the Qualified Affiliate must be in good standing and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Various or Streamray Affiliate Network Agreement, whichever is applicable.
Collusion. Qualified Affiliates acting in collusion with each other to increase their New Orders will be disqualified from receiving the Bonus Award.
Miscellaneous. The names of participating affiliates will not be disclosed. However, we reserve the right to publicize the names of the Qualified Affiliates who receive the Bonus Award. You may be required to sign a release (of publicity rights) in order to receive the Bonus Award. Various and Streamray have the final interpretation of the terms of the Affiliate Network Agreement and the rules of this Bonus Award. Any and all disputes are governed by California law and subject to mandatory arbitration in accordance with rules and standards JAMS (http://www.jamsadr.com) in Santa Clara County. Taxes and duties, if any, on the Bonus Award are your sole responsibility.
